IMPORTANT - LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT
DO NOT INSTALL THE COMPUTER PROGRAM CONTAINED IN THIS PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY SET OUT BELOW. YOUR INSTALLING THE PROGRAM AND CLICKING ON "YES" BELOW WILL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

2. Ravensburger Interactive Media Ltd licenses you to use this product for your own private and domestic use. You may transfer the contents of the original disk to your hard drive provided the original disk is kept by you solely for back-up or archival purposes. All other rights are reserved in full.
3. The following restrictions shall apply to your license:
- you will not use this product on more than one computer or terminal at any one time
- you will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, adapt, modify
or otherwise alter the product in whole or in part nor attempt to do any of the
above under any circumstances unless and to the extent permitted to do so by
applicable law
- you will not make any further copies in any way whatsoever
- you will not sell, rent, lend, sub-license or otherwise exploit for profit or
otherwise this product (in whole or in part) but you may give away the entire
product provided you do not keep any copies of the software program or the
accompanying materials; and
- you will not use the product or any part of it to develop, design and/or create
any programs or other materials based in whole or in part on this product.
4. Limited Warranty
Ravensburger Interactive Media Ltd warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the physical medium on which the software program in this product is recorded will under normal use and conditions be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. The entire liability of Ravensburger Interactive Media Ltd under the limited warranty set out above will be at its sole option either to repair or to replace free of charge the product provided you return it in its original condition to the point of purchase with a copy of your receipt.
Ravensburger will pay the postage costs of sending a replacement product to you.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
SUBJECT TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAVENSBUERGER INTERACTIVE MEDIA LTD FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE IMPLIED BY LAW, STATUTE, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE) RELATING TO MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCT.
IN ADDITION, RAVENSBURGER INTERACTIVE MEDIA LTD EXCLUDES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ITS LIABILITY HOWSOEVER ARISING IN RESPECT OF ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COSTS, CLAIMS OR EXPENSES HOWSOEVER ARISING SUSTAINED OR INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
IN PARTICULAR, RAVENSBURGER INTERACTIVE MEDIA LTD SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) HOWSOEVER ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THIS PRODUCT. IN ANY EVENT THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF RAVENSBURGER INTERACTIVE MEDIA LTD TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU.
The above exclusions shall not apply to any liability in negligence for death or personal injury.
5. Ravensburger Interactive Media Ltd reserves the right to make changes and improvements to this product at any time and without notice.
